Reply to the brief

The simplest path. Hit reply on any issue of Late Career Operator and your message comes straight to me. This is where the best conversations start, with a thought, a pushback, or a question sparked by something I wrote.

Coaching

I work with a small number of executives one on one, usually those navigating a specific inflection point: leaving a long tenure role, structuring a portfolio of board and advisory work, weighing a founding chapter, or repositioning for the next decade of impact.

Engagements are typically three to six months, structured around your decisions and timeline rather than a fixed curriculum. If you're thinking about working together, send a short note describing where you are and what you're trying to figure out.

Speaking

I speak at conferences, corporate offsites, and leadership programs on the strategic realities of late career operating: building portfolio careers, transitioning from operator to advisor, the economics of fractional leadership, and how senior executives stay relevant in an AI accelerated market.

Available in English and Quebec French. Based in Quebec, comfortable traveling across North America and Europe.

Panels and podcasts
